Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Opening
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch)
Pay: Up to $23/hr based on experience
Location: Saint Louis, MO 63114

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining apartment homes and community grounds while providing excellent customer service to residents. The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, flooring, drywall, and general building maintenance.
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and property systems remain in good working order.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of common areas and community grounds.
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall, and painting.
- Experience with unit turns, make-readies, and general property maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
- Must have basic maintenance tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Valid Driver's License required
