Apartment Make Ready Technician
Location: Lebanon, IN

Career Strategies is seeking a dependable and motivated Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team at a professionally managed apartment community in the Lebanon, IN area. Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready units for new residents
- Perform routine maintenance and service requests
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds
- Assist with seasonal responsibilities, including snow removal during winter months
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
