We encourage candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, production quality inspection, quality control, and hands-on quality assurance to apply.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to help ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) throughout the manufacturing process.

This is a functional, hands-on Quality Assurance position focused on manufacturing operations, product inspections, quality documentation, and compliance with established procedures. It is not a technical, engineering, laboratory research, or IT-related Quality Assurance role.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, performing routine inspections, reviewing documentation, identifying quality concerns, and ensuring products and processes meet established quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

· Inspect raw materials, packaging, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

· Perform routine visual and functional quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

· Review batch records, inspection logs, and quality documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

· Verify that manufacturing procedures and quality control processes are being followed consistently.

· Support compliance with cGMP, FDA, NSF, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

· Identify, document, and report product defects, quality discrepancies, and process deviations.

· Assist with investigations involving quality issues, deviations, and customer complaints.

· Support audits, inspections, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities.

· Work collaboratively with Production, R&D, and Regulatory teams to address quality concerns and maintain established standards.

Requirements

· Previous Quality Assurance, Quality Control, manufacturing, production inspection, or related experience preferred.

· Ability to perform hands-on inspections and follow established quality procedures.

· Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.

· Ability to identify product defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from established standards.

· Basic understanding of manufacturing quality processes preferred.

· Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures, inspection guidelines, and quality documentation.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with production personnel.

· English speaking and comprehension required for safety.

· Must pass a background check, 5-panel drug screen, and E-Verify.

· No felonies within the past 7 years.

· Closed-toe shoes required. Lab coat and hair/beard covers provided.

Important Clarification About This Position

This is a functional manufacturing Quality Assurance role, not a technical QA position.

The position focuses on physical product inspections, manufacturing process compliance, documentation review, and identifying quality concerns on the production floor.

Candidates do not need software testing, programming, automation, engineering, or advanced technical development experience.
