Experienced Termite Technician

California Termite – North County San Diego

California Termite is a growing, family-owned termite company looking for an experienced Branch 3 Applicator to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys doing quality work, takes pride in helping customers, and wants to grow with a company that values honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Current Branch 3 Applicator License (required)
• Experience performing drywood and subterranean termite treatments
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
• Reliable, organized, and professional
• Must live in North County San Diego

What You'll Do

• Perform local termite treatments
• Complete borate treatments
• Perform subterranean termite treatments
• Minor wood repairs (a plus)
• Maintain treatment equipment and company vehicle
• Provide outstanding customer service

Opportunities for Growth

Although you'll be hired as a termite technician, you'll also receive training to perform termite inspections. We'll help you earn your Branch 3 Field Representative License, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and responsibilities as the company grows.
