The Project Coordinator will monitor, plan, organize and schedule installation projects, including scheduling of personnel to be on-site, ordering the necessary materials for projects, overseeing and assisting with the shipping and receiving of materials and monitoring the progress of jobs. Inventory control and interaction and coordination with field technicians, subcontractors and customers will be integral to the job. Full-time; in office; salaried; permanent.

Duties/Responsibilities as part of above:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Schedule and staff jobs.
- Coordinate and assist to assure timely shipment of materials for jobs.
- Monitor the progress of jobs to assure timely completion.
- Field customer questions and complaints; forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Limited occasional travel.
- Will report to the and COO.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Background in logistics a plus; coordinating scheduling for jobs.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background in related discipline a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Salary: Up to: $55,000.
