Position Summary:
Roman Executive Protection Services is seeking a professional, alert, and proactive Security Guard to monitor a small apartment complex. The primary focus of this role is to maintain a safe, peaceful residential environment by preventing unauthorized access, managing vagrancy, and providing documented activity verification to property management.
Shift Details:
- Shift Type: Mid-Morning Shift
- Hours: 11am-5 pm (Mon,Wed & Fri)
- Access Control & Deterrence: Maintain a visible security presence to deter trespassing, loitering, and unauthorized individuals or homeless persons from entering or staying on the property.
- Hourly Site Inspections: Conduct thorough foot patrols of the complex every hour, inspecting common areas, entry points, parking structures, and amenities.
- Photo Documentation: Capture digital photo verification of the property layout, gate conditions, and key checkpoints during each hourly patrol lap.
- Management Reporting: Submit clear, timely electronic shift reports embedded with the mandatory hourly photo documentation for property management review.
- Conflict Resolution: Firmly and professionally enforce community property rules, utilizing verbal de-escalation skills to handle uninvited individuals or safety infractions safely.
Requirements:
- Valid State Security Officer License.
- Reliable smartphone with a functional camera capable of using mobile reporting software.
- Strong verbal communication and professional public relations skills.
- Ability to remain standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
