Job Description
The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a hands-on working Maintenance Supervisor at Margeaux Metairie Apartments. 

Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew </li>
<li>Prepare units to move-in ready condition</li>
<li>Performs various community maintenance duties</li>
<li>Responds to resident service requests and issues</li>
<li>Maintain activity log</li>
<li>Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of apartment maintenance experience</li>
<li>1+ years supervisory experience is preferred but not required</li>
<li>MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew </li>
<li>Assist with on-call responsibilities</li>
<li>HVAC certified is a MUST</li>
</ul>
