The Role
\n
\n
Operating within one of the industry's largest distributed database environments, you will join the Test Infrastructure team to build foundational frameworks, tooling, and automated systems. You will take end-to-end ownership of critical features, enhance engineering velocity across teams, and establish next-generation testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Test Infrastructure & Frameworks: Design, build, and operate the test infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling that power database testing.
- Autonomous AI Testing Systems: Build test infrastructure that AI agents can use on their own, with clusters ready on demand and results, logs, and metrics an agent can act on.
- Developer Velocity & Reliability: Treat internal engineers as your customers by reducing how long they wait for test results and how often their tests fail because of infrastructure.
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Own features end to end, from design through deployment and operation, and deliver ambiguous projects with minimal guidance.
- System Debugging: Debug failures across services and fix root causes in the system.

Experience & Skills Required
\n
\n
- \n
- Professional Software Development: 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- System Design & Architecture: 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- SDE Experience: 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- Large-Scale Systems & Languages: 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience.
- Object-Oriented Design: 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
