We provide best-in-class cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, industrial spaces, educational institutions, government buildings, arenas, and event venues. We are growing rapidly in Ohio and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to help us maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to help oversee service quality across our Ohio accounts.

This is a client-focused, field-based role designed for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and building strong professional relationships. You will conduct quality inspections, communicate with clients, identify and address service issues, and work closely with our field teams to ensure accounts are meeting company and client expectations.

This is not a sales position. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable working independently while traveling between multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally. Identify service quality issues and coordinate with field teams to ensure corrective action is completed. Document inspection results, client feedback, and service issues for company leadership. Follow up on recurring quality concerns and help develop solutions to improve service consistency. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, employees, and company leadership. Support company quality-control procedures and ensure established standards are consistently followed. Assist with onboarding and training support when needed. Travel across Ohio as required, sometimes on short notice.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial janitorial work, facilities maintenance, quality assurance, customer service, account management, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality and service issues. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize competing responsibilities. Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with strong follow-through. Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Ohio. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Comfortable working in a field-based environment and visiting a variety of commercial facilities.
