SES Branding is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project execution, maintaining communication between stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on track from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with management and team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives
- Coordinate assigned projects to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to gather information and share project updates
- Maintain organized project records, documentation, and administrative files
- Utilize project management software, databases, and reporting tools to track project activity
- Identify potential issues and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects moving forward
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
