Twin Termite and Pest Control is hiring an experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team and service residential and commercial customers throughout San Diego County.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field. The right candidate will have strong pest control knowledge, communicate well with customers, and take pride in providing quality service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform scheduled pest control services at residential and commercial properties
- Apply pest control products indoors and outdoors as needed
- Inspect properties and identify pest activity and contributing conditions
- Determine appropriate treatment methods based on the situation
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
- Help customers understand ongoing pest prevention and maintenance options
- Resolve routine pest concerns while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Collect payment after service when applicable
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle in a clean and professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Branch 2 Applicator License required
- California Field Representative License is a plus
- Experience performing local termite treatments is a plus
- Previous professional pest control experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid California driver’s license required
- Clean driving record required
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Schedule:
- Primarily Monday through Friday
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday work may be available or required depending on scheduling
