The Cleaning Laborer will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation primarily in office building environments. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, this role requires flexibility in work shifts possibility 1st or 2nd shift and a focus on safety, efficiency, and detail to ensure a clean, safe workplace. Raises are given for good work.
Responsibilities
- Perform surface cleaning across office areas
- Dispose of waste following safety and environmental protocols
- Adhere to all safety compliance standards
- Maintain sanitation in common and high-touch areas
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and occasional light painting
- Clean restrooms thoroughly and restock supplies
- Perform weed eating in outdoor or landscaped spaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in janitorial or cleaning services
- Familiarity with the use of cleaning chemicals
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina for manual tasks
- Ability to work effectively within a small team
- General experience with cleaning duties
