Maintenance Technician
Spartanburg, SC
$21.00–$23.00 per hour | Full-Time (On-Site)
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping a community running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spartanburg, SC.
What You'll Do
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Perform appliance repairs and installations (preferred experience)
- Complete preventive maintenance and work orders in a timely manner
- Assist with painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, and general upkeep
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience in apartments, commercial, or residential properties preferred
- Appliance repair experience preferred
- HVAC, EPA, CPO, or other maintenance certifications are a plus, but not required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service
