Requirements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Perform equipment repairs and adjustments to minimize production downtime.
- Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues.
- Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other maintenance tools safely.
- Complete assigned work orders and accurately document maintenance activities.
- Support equipment installations, repairs, and improvement projects as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with production and maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, or technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work a full-time second-shift schedule.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the shift.
