Our Landover, MD firm is hiring a full-time Data Insights Analyst to support ongoing quality assurance and compliance efforts for NexGen IT data integration systems. We value your experience, and you can earn $44.00 - $50.00/hour based on your qualifications.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, finance, information systems, or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience with data reconciliation, analytics, or business intelligence reporting, ideally in a federal or real property context
- Working knowledge of database and record management systems
- Proficiency with NexGen IT or the ability to learn the program without government-provided training
- Ability to perform occasional site visits for data validation and E&C survey follow-up as needed
While not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience related to Air Force/DoD real property systems and proficiency with Excel-based or BI-tool data analysis platforms. Our ideal Data Insights Analyst also has experience building recurring analytics/reporting deliverables for a federal audit-readiness or compliance program.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Our Data Insights Analyst supports the quality and refinement of the NexGen IT data reconciliation processes by analyzing data to deliver effective business intelligence reporting and provide portfolio-level insights for AFCEC/CI quality assurance and FIAR requirements. You'll need an analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail, as you'll compare government-furnished data sources with NexGen IT real property information to identify database conflicts, system integration issues, and non-populating category codes.
You'll produce recurring business analytics for these deficiency types, monitor metrics (category codes, recurrence rates, documentation sources, etc.), and determine solutions for resolving these issues. Additionally, the Data Insights Analyst provides invaluable gap analysis support, ensures compliance with DoD/Air Force real property regulations, evaluates deficiency types based on audit impact, and develops data collection templates for off-network use. You'll support ongoing CAP (corrective action plan) monitoring and submit monthly reports to track progress. As needed, you'll also collaborate with the program manager on maintaining the data requirements list and tracking GFI receipts.
