In this part-time role, you will help ensure that equipment, work areas, and building systems remain in good working order through routine maintenance, timely repairs, and proactive attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs as needed
• Assist with general facility upkeep, including cleaning, organization, and basic custodial support
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Help troubleshoot issues with equipment, fixtures, and building systems
• Monitor supplies and report inventory needs for maintenance materials and tools
• Support safety and compliance efforts by following established procedures and standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate progress or concerns clearly
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to quality and detail

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or general repair experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and common maintenance practices
• Ability to diagnose minor issues and determine appropriate next steps
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform hands-on tasks as needed
• Flexible availability for part-time scheduling

Preferred Skills

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting tasks
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance routines
