Job DescriptionDescription:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Duties specific to the hardware/software referenced below:
LIS System-LabDaq and LabNexus
- Creating accounts and users.
- Daily monitoring of services on LabDaq server computer, reporting any issues found.
- Troubleshooting issues with orders and results not crossing between LabDaq and LabNexus.
- Assisting in-house employees and sales reps with these issues.
- Quarterly or Semiannually updates of CPT to Diagnosis checking in LabNexus.
Phishing Box:
- Creating campaigns that test employees on phishing emails.
- Manage users.
- Pull reports on campaigns and assign training as needed.
- Monthly Audits of active users
IT/Active Directory/O365
- Set up and maintain users and logins for all employees.
- Troubleshoot any issues users have with logins, permissions, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Remote Desktop Connections.
- Keep an informed log up to date with all active user information.
- Set up and maintain all workstations. Performing updates as needed.
- Set up and maintain SonicWall, workstations, and internet access at remote sites.
- Export terminated employee mail boxes and deactivate their account.
General
- Troubleshoot issues with printers for all employees.
- Performs monthly audits to help keep software relevant and save on unneeded expenses.
- Maintains proper time management skills while working on any assigned projects.
- Assist with build out and research of new software projects.
- Monitors and records weekly information regarding the backup generator and NO2 generators.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma, IT certifications recommended.
- Computer proficiency to include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with setting up and maintaining an Active Directory.
- Proper time management skills and ability to stay on track with projects.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently performs work while standing, walking, or sitting
- Frequently exposed to blood borne pathogens and may be required to wear personal protective equipment.
- Occasionally required to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Required to communicate and interact with employees and donors
