Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a full-time, onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader with strong experience in print production, mailroom services, document workflow, and customer-facing managed services environments.
The Site Manager will oversee daily operations for a small onsite team, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for a small onsite team of approximately 3 employees, including workload distribution, coaching, and performance support.
- Oversee print production, mailroom services, document workflow, courier, imaging, hospitality, and related contracted services.
- Monitor workflow, production output, service quality, SLA performance, and operational procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, reporting, and service updates.
- Identify operational gaps, recommend process improvements, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare production reports, service metrics, business review materials, and operational documentation as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Type: Full-Time, Onsite.
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104.
- Travel: Occasional travel required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
