Compensation:

$125,500 - $189,400 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing homes to prospective buyers with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for listings.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism.
  • Utilize company-provided leads to build a robust client base and foster long-term relationships.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to present properties and negotiate deals confidently.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, participating in ongoing training to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate records and manage client interactions efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to building your client base.
