Job Description

Thomas Electrical, Inc., a commercial and industrial electrical contractor since 1988 with strong presence throughout Arizona, is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator. A successful applicant for this role must be a team player with outstanding organizational skills. Experience in the electrical construction field a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Read and understand Specifications and Plans.

· Process the review and approval of submittals, write purchase orders, track ship dates.

· Write Request for Information (RFI) when needed.

· Producing closeout documents on projects including but not limited to: O&M’s, test reports, warranty, labels & panel schedules, as built drawings.

· Maintain Procore accounts for all projects.

· Assist with material orders and deliveries.

· Maintain tool & equipment database.

· Track safety reports, schedule safety training when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Superior oral and written communication skills (accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, etc.)
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office software
* High proficiency in PDF software application (Procore, Adobe Pro, Bluebeam, etc.)
