Compensation:
$52,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify investors for company properties
- Market properties through targeted strategies
- Create marketing materials and templates
- Research buyer criteria and purchasing patterns
- Find hedge fund buyers and acquisition contacts
- Maintain strong buyer relationships
- Educate turnkey buyers on available opportunities
