Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of a residential apartment community. This position performs apartment turnover work to prepare units for new residents, responds to routine maintenance service requests, and helps ensure the property is maintained in a clean, safe, and attractive condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment turnover repairs, including painting, patching, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins by ensuring units meet company quality standards.
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the property.
- Assist with maintaining common areas, grounds, and building systems.
- Identify maintenance issues and recommend repairs or improvements as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
Salary: $45,000 - $53,000
