Requirements:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Technician, Maintenance Services at Renova One is responsible for completing project work onsite with customers while maintaining excellent customer service through timely communication. This role supports efficient project execution by assisting with project scope of work, pricing, material sourcing and purchasing, quality control and quality assurance,
and other department needs assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• Perform project work onsite at customer locations in accordance with established scope,
timelines, and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely, professional, and clear communication
throughout each project.
• Source, purchase, and coordinate materials required to complete assigned work efficiently and
accurately.
• Support the coordination of project Scope of Work (SOW), pricing, and related project
documentation.
• Assist with project management activities to promote operational efficiency and maximize gross
margin.
• Support quality control and quality assurance (QCQA) efforts for Service Department
projects.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed, including support for
Turnkey or Capex projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide timely updates to customers and internal
teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced service
environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
