Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects, focusing on the development and renovation of hospitals and medical facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, specifically in the healthcare sector.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and schedules are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedule, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, detailing project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction, particularly with ground-up hospital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
