- Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations to understand your clients' needs.

- Leverage your in-depth local knowledge of the South Sound community to confidently advise clients.
- Oversee your transactions to ensure a smooth, zero-pressure experience for your buyers and sellers.
Qualifications
- Active Washington Real Estate License (Mandatory).
- Past sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Tech-savvy and ready to embrace the platforms and tools we use to drive success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
