Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee day-to-day building and equipment maintenance operations.

This role is responsible for managing preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, supervising vendors, and supporting overall facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee routine and preventative maintenance

• Troubleshoot building systems and equipment issues

• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work

• Maintain compliance with safety standards

• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors

• Respond to maintenance issues as needed

Requirements

• HVAC certification required

• Plumbing experience preferred

• Electrical experience preferred

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong working knowledge of building systems

• Reliable, organized, and hands-on
