PENN Apartment Staffing is hiring a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper/Porter in The Colony, TX! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and keeping apartment communities clean and looking their best, this is a great opportunity to get to work right away!
Responsibilities
- Keep grounds, sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and building entrances clean.
- Pick up trash, debris, and pet waste throughout the property.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean dumpster areas.
- Clean and maintain community amenities and common areas.
- Assist with light landscaping, sweeping, raking, and leaf blowing.
- Help with bulk trash removal and apartment turns as needed.
- Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience is a plus!
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
