Responsibilities
- Grounds and exterior property maintenance
- Pressure washing
- Carpet cleaning
- Apartment/home trash-outs
- General cleaning and upkeep
- Assisting with property maintenance needs
Requirements
- Pressure washing experience required
- Carpet cleaning experience preferred
- Groundskeeping or property maintenance experience
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to perform physical, hands-on work
