Expert Rentals & Property Management is looking for a reliable Courier – Maintenance Technician to support daily operations through timely deliveries, basic property maintenance, and general operational assistance.

Compensation:
$14 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Install and remove property signage and conduct routine property checks.
- Manage key control and vehicle/asset upkeep
- Deliver and pick up keys, lockboxes, signs, documents, supplies, and company materials.
- Provide operational support to the PM team and log inventory
- Minor property maintenance
Success at 6 months:
- Reliable task completion, accurate inventory logs, high on-time delivery rate
Tools you’ll use: Mobile property apps, basic MS Office/Google Suite, Company vehicle provided for tasks
Qualifications:
What you’ll bring (must-haves):
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and carry approximately 15 lbs.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior courier or property support experience
