Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Meet with sellers to understand their needs and goals
- Conduct listing consultations and presentations
- Prepare CMAs and pricing strategies to help sellers price their homes
- Secure listing agreements and negotiate contracts
- Guide sellers through the process from listing to closing
- Manage seller leads and follow-ups using CRM
- Follow proven sales and lead-conversion systems
- Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Active Real Estate License required
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded
- Strong time management and follow-through
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Sales experience and a proven track record preferred
