Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while managing project teams, client relationships, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall execution.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and procurement plans
- Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams
- Manage subcontractor bidding, scope reviews, contract negotiations, and buyout
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, cost reporting, and project documentation
- Partner closely with Superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and schedule expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Identify project risks early and develop solutions to protect the budget and schedule
- Lead progress meetings and provide clear reporting to company leadership and clients
- Support preconstruction, estimating, and business-development efforts as needed
- Mentor junior team members and help strengthen internal project-management processes

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Proven experience delivering ground-up construction, renovations, additions, or complex interior projects
- Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction contracts
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency with Procore and standard construction-management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Established familiarity with the Greater Philadelphia construction market is strongly preferred
