Job Description Pay: $16 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call availability Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, and general building maintenance. Job Responsibilities

<li> Perform general building repairs and maintenance. </li>
<li> Assist with basic electrical and plumbing repairs. </li>
<li> Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC maintenance. </li>
<li> Repair and install flooring as needed. </li>
<li> Complete minor carpentry, painting, and other repair projects. </li>
<li> Inspect equipment and identify maintenance issues. </li>
<li> Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area. </li>
<li> Respond to on-call maintenance requests as needed. </li>

Job Requirements

<li> General maintenance or repair experience preferred. </li>
<li> Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and flooring. </li>
<li> Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely. </li>
<li> Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. </li>
<li> Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. </li>
<li> Must be available for on-call duties. </li>
<li> Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials. </li>
