Richmark Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful management of the property while maintaining a strong customer service focus and upholding compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks and property operations
- Maintain exceptional customer service and professional communication with residents and vendors
- Identify opportunities for property and operational improvements and communicate observations to the Property Manager
- Perform various on-site duties as assigned, including tasks requiring a valid driver’s license
- Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local laws and ordinances
- Assist with leasing efforts, rent collection, and resident notices as needed
- Help track and coordinate apartment renovations and turn processes
- Use property management software (experience with ResMan is a plus)
Schedule:
Sat - Required 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sun - Closed
Mon-Fri - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ; one week day off and one 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm shift

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the apartment leasing industry; Assistant Manager experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to retain and relay information clearly and accurately
- Experience with apartment renovations is a plus
- Knowledge of ResMan property management software is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- English required; Spanish bilingual preferred
