- This role supports the client's project management function by driving cross-functional coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder reporting within a hybrid team environment.
Job Summary
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.
- Collect, analyze, and report project data to support stakeholder management and executive visibility.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to identify and resolve project blockers with clear, proactive communication.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting using tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Handle sensitive project discussions with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ensure accountability for deliverables and uphold a commitment to quality outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of project management experience, with cybersecurity or infrastructure background a plus.
- 2 years of experience in budget and resource tracking.
- Demonstrated experience collecting data and producing stakeholder-facing reports.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Must reside local to Racine, WI
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
- Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or infrastructure-focused project portfolios.
