Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced NetSuite Super User to support an organization in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida through a Contract assignment. This role will serve as the go-to resource for accounting system knowledge, helping a small finance team strengthen its day-to-day use of NetSuite and improve visibility into transaction flows, reporting, and data management. The ideal candidate combines hands-on NetSuite expertise with a strong background in end-user training, finance operations, and system-enabled process improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead practical training sessions for a three-person staff on daily NetSuite usage, tailoring guidance to accounting and finance workflows.
• Explain how financial and operational transactions move through the system so users understand upstream inputs and downstream impacts.
• Create and demonstrate effective reporting approaches, including saved searches, dashboards, and presentation-ready outputs for business review.
• Guide users on maintaining and accessing master data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and appropriate system governance.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for NetSuite across accounting-related processes and user support needs.
• Apply prior experience from QuickBooks-to-NetSuite implementation work to provide back-end insight and strengthen system adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps, recommend practical system improvements, and support more efficient daily operations.
• Assist with troubleshooting user issues, clarifying configuration behavior, and promoting best practices for sustained platform use.• 7+ years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite, including strong exposure to accounting and finance operations.
• Demonstrated success as a NetSuite super user, power user, or functional lead supporting end users in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite reporting tools, including saved searches and presentation-ready data analysis.
• Experience delivering end-user training and translating technical system concepts into clear operational guidance.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite technologies, including CRM and Advanced Revenue Management capabilities.
• Working understanding of NetSuite development concepts and system behavior sufficient to support functional troubleshooting.
• Background in project management with the ability to coordinate priorities, communicate clearly, and drive user adoption.
