START ASAP | WEEKLY PAY | $23/hr | APARTMENT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician ready to get to work immediately? BG Staffing is partnering with top Property Management companies and is actively hiring dependable, hands-on techs who can hit the ground running.
This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for candidates with prior maintenance, construction, or renovation experience who are comfortable working independently and completing service requests with minimal supervision.

Position: Maintenance Technician – $23/hr
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and troubleshoot apartment service requests independently
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations
• Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds
Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
• Previous maintenance, construction, or renovation experience
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
