Job DescriptionFull-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician
Property Management Company | Los Angeles County
$18–$25/hour DOE + Benefits
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing property management team. residential and commercial properties throughout Los Angeles County and are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner (AppFolio)
- Perform basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, disposals)
- Perform basic electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Drywall repair, painting, and unit turnovers
- Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
- Preventive maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
