The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in the day to day operations, responsible for all aspects of the physical plant.

Since the Maintenance Technician will have direct contact with tenants, it is essential that they be courteous, neat and in uniform at all times.

Specific duties include completion of Resident-generated service requests, turning vacant apartments for move-in, snow removal, emergency on-call response, preventive maintenance, various punch lists and projects, equipment and tool maintenance, trash removal, grounds cleanup, and other duties as needed or assigned.

Skills required include proficiency in many trades at the residential level: electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning. Various reporting, inventory, and administrative tasks will be required from time to time. Use of mobile user interface and cloud-based applications on a daily basis.

Cooperative, attentive, respectful, resourceful, team-oriented approach to work is essential.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
