Pay & perks: $20–$25/hour (DOE) plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Your impact

  • Assemble, wire, and bring-up low-voltage systems to match engineering specifications.
  • Own preventative maintenance and inspection activities to keep processes running smoothly.
  • Diagnose issues and perform electronic repairs to restore full functionality.
  • Conduct performance and functional tests to validate every build.
  • Manage parts, components, and tool inventories to minimize downtime.
  • Suggest performance-enhancing modifications and upgrades.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Working knowledge of wiring, PCB handling, logic/PLC-type controllers, and safe power tool use.
  • Sharp attention to detail and quality.
  • A steady, reliable employment track record.
  • Coachability and a desire to learn new processes.
  • Dependable transportation to our Alachua location.
