Job DescriptionClinDCast is looking for Epic MyChart Analyst Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Design, configure, and maintain the Epic MyChart patient portal.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and end-users to improve workflows and patient engagement.</li>
<li>Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support for system issues and upgrades.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Train and support end-users on MyChart features and functionality. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Experience with Epic MyChart and Epic certification in Epic MyChart</li>
<li>Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient portal functionality.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li>
</ul>
