Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician – $39/hrPosition Summary
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems throughout a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, preventative maintenance, and equipment installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
- Repair and replace single-phase and three-phase motors
- Maintain and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and associated motor controls
- Install, repair, and maintain electronic equipment
- Install and maintain electrical services throughout plant facilities
- Support new equipment installations, including mounting, wiring, and electrical connections
- Complete preventative maintenance (PM) work orders on plant equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $78936.00 - $81016.00/yr.
There are multiple grades for the role and candidates can progress through work hours completed and pay will increase accordingly.
