The Technical Program Manager, Office Expansion is a contract role that delivers IT readiness for new office openings. This role makes sure each site launch is well planned, coordinated across teams, and ready on day one. They work with IT operations, network, physical security, and workplace teams to open offices on schedule. It is an opportunity to run visible, time-bound programs at a fast-growing, AI-native company.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end delivery of Business Technology's work for new office openings, from site kickoff through go-live and handoff to ongoing support.
- Build and run one integrated plan per site covering network, end-user setup, conference rooms, and physical security readiness.
- Coordinate delivery remotely across on-site IT and workplace teams, network engineering, physical security, and outside vendors to keep each site on plan.
- Surface risks and long-lead items early, such as circuit lead times and hardware shipping, drive them to decisions with the right owners, and keep leadership informed through concise written updates.
- Run go-live readiness for each site so offices open with working Wi-Fi, conference rooms, and access on day one.
- Turn each launch into a reusable office-opening playbook and readiness checklist that Business Technology keeps after the engagement ends.

What You Have
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, IT project management, or a related role, including delivery of multiple office openings, relocations, or site buildouts.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure for new sites, including network and Wi-Fi, ISP circuits, conference room AV, end-user setup, and badge access, enough to plan the work and ask the right questions of specialist teams.
- Experience delivering sites outside the US, including local vendors, time zones, and import and shipping constraints.
- A track record of running site launches remotely through local teams and vendors to fixed launch dates.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with plans and status that are easy to scan.
- Sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity. You right-size the structure to each site and default to simple, AI-enabled ways of working.
