BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a thriving apartment community in Tigard, OR 97223. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining apartment homes and community amenities while providing exceptional service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general maintenance repairs, including:
- Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Electrical diagnostics and basic repairs
- Appliance maintenance and repair
- Carpentry, drywall repair, and general property upkeep
- Assist with apartment turns, make-readies, and move-in preparations.
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and shared amenities.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests with excellent customer service.
- Ensure all work meets company safety standards and quality expectations.
- Support daily maintenance operations and property appearance.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
