The IT Support Specialist Tier II is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual supports higher level technical needs within the organization including but not limited to new system research, current software enhancement, assessment of information security, and support staff technical needs. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.
Pay: $68,000 - $75,000 Annually

Other duties may be required and assigned.
Daily Operations:
- Provide day to day IT operations support and hands on activities in a production environment.
- Desktop/laptop system image builds and loading/preparation of operating system images for device level installation;
- Manage enterprise system licensing with service provider;
- Configure networking devices/services;
- Deploy & configure cloud management technologies with outsourced services;
- Create knowledge base articles that can be used by tier one support engineers in response to routine incidents;
- Monitor performance characteristics on a regular basis and implement configuration change that provides consistent performance;
- Partner with project and service provider to manager resources to ensure optimal operations.
- Own configuration change activities required to deploy and maintain technology environments;
- Create and maintain documentation to support the configuration management for technology environments;
Enterprise Project Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of activities related to successfully integrating and onboarding facilities and team members who are new to EOSIS;
- Partner with EOSIS leaders to review systems from improvements and enhancements.
- Support the implementation of applications as needed
- Complete special projects and other duties assigned.
Compliance and Security:
- Gather business and application requirements to design/enhance our services to address company, patient, referent and regulatory requirements;
- Assist with defining technology standards and knowledgeable with best practices, assist with adding design detail to logical concepts, and contribute to the IT Technical Roadmap;
- Patch Management activities to ensure all hardware/software components are current to appropriate compliance levels;
- Facilitate vulnerability/security scans and assessments to meet security program requirements;
- Ensure appropriate monitoring/event management is deployed, and participate with incident and problem management activities;
- Support Tier 1 team members and operations including monitoring helpdesk tickets and participating in the on-call rotation for after-hour support escalations or for environment monitoring/maintenance
Required SkillsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Microsoft Certifications preferred
License/ Certifications:

A valid Driver’s License
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience with enterprise class storage, network, and associate computing platforms;
- 3-5 years’ experience with enterprise server platforms (Cisco, HP, Dell)
- Experience with replication and snapshot methodologies used in corporate enterprise storage environments;
- Experience with moving/migrating systems and data;
- Experience with troubleshooting complex incidents/problems associated to enterprise environments and related applications
- Demonstrated experience with design and deploy of a mid-sized technical infrastructure for public and/or private clouds;
- Proven experience in creating templates for and provisioning infrastructure components for the cloud - including but not limited to OS, storage, network, database, and third-party software;
- Experience in automating workflows/packages for continuous process improvements;
- General understanding of key ITIL processes such as event, incident, problem and configuration management with experiences in creating a cloud services catalog;
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work closely with senior engineering business unit members and with preferred service vendors.

- Technical knowledge of server hardware, operating systems and applications;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate with a variety of people, internal and external, from diverse cultures, socioeconomic and educational backgrounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS / WORKING REQUIREMENTS
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting: Up to 5 - 6 hours continuously
- Travel: Up to <15% between EOSIS program locations (as needed), attend off-site meetings
- Lifting, standing, bending, squatting, reaching: Minimal
- Hearing: Ability to hear staff, incoming calls. Teams/virtual meetings, individual/group sessions
- Vision: Ability to see computer screens, white boards and related office visuals
- Speaking: Ability to verbally speak to colleagues, vendor partners and related professionals
- Cleared Mantoux Screen
Work Environment:
- Work is performed across multiple EOSIS treatment sites or intake settings
- Fast-paced healthcare environment with varying program structures
- Frequent interaction with clients experiencing substance use and mental health challenges
- Requires flexibility to support multiple programs, locations, and changing priorities
