Lead Project Estimator – Digital Transformation

We are seeking a Lead Project Estimator to support the digital transformation of our Engineering & Construction estimating organization. This role will focus on improving estimating processes through technology, data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations and technical teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and implement digital solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with estimating teams to understand existing workflows, identify pain points, and evaluate opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate business needs and estimating requirements into clear functional requirements for technology and development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement digital solutions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline estimating processes, automate manual tasks, and centralize data.
- Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and workflows across the Engineering & Construction organization.
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage data analytics, automation, and AI to improve estimating accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
- Gather user feedback and help refine digital solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
