Are you a Project Executive with a track record delivering large, complex ground-up high-rise and luxury residential, ready to own the commercial success of flagship projects for one of South Florida’s most established builders?

Do you want genuine divisional and project ownership, and the mandate to build and develop a PM bench beneath you, at a GC with a decades-long reputation, significant backlog, and a real commitment to investing in its people?

This firm is one of the most respected high-rise and luxury-residential builders in South Florida, and its executive team is bringing on a senior commercial leader to steward its most significant projects. You’d take full commercial ownership of complex ground-up high-rise and luxury residential work - owning the financials, client relationships, procurement, and risk from preconstruction through closeout - while partnering closely with field leadership who run delivery on site. You’ll also develop and mentor the project managers beneath you, with genuine autonomy and a direct line into the top of the business, at a company known for employee retention and long-term careers.

Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience

- Must have Project Executive experience (or a senior Senior PM ready to step up) delivering large, complex ground-up high-rise / luxury residential projects
- Must have strong commercial command — project financials, buyout and procurement, contracts, and risk management
- Must be able to own the client relationship and act as the senior point of contact on major projects
- Experience developing, mentoring, and leading project managers and project teams
- Luxury multifamily residential, condo, or mixed-use/podium high-rise project experience
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and client-facing presence, with a team-first attitude
- Must be willing to be based in South Florida long-term
