Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the systems that run our business, warehouse and logistics operations — with NetSuite ERP at the center. Rather than focusing on routine administration, this role is about building: configuring and rolling out new NetSuite functionality, integrating connected systems (including EDI and WMS/TMS platforms), and standing up the data structures and automated workflows that make our operations scale. Sitting at the intersection of IT, warehouse/logistics, sales, and customer service, you will partner with stakeholders across these teams to translate operational needs into working solutions, deliver projects from requirements through go-live, and continually re-engineer processes to be faster, cleaner, and more efficient. This is an ideal role for someone who understands both the system and the operations it supports, and who would rather design and build the way things work than simply keep the lights on.

- Continuously re-engineer operational workflows —eliminatingmanual steps, automating repetitive processes, and improving speed and accuracy across NetSuite and connected systems — and evaluate emerging tools, including AI and automation platforms, todeterminewhere they deliver real operational value.
