Rapid Eagle Inc is looking for a talented and driven Java Fullstack Lead to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities:
- Lead fullstack development efforts using Java-based backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and modern frontend technologies
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive CI/CD pipeline management, DevOps integration, and deployment strategies
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and code quality standards are met
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Java fullstack development with a proven leadership track record
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
