What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
- Repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other industrial equipment
- Perform machine installations, modifications, and upgrades
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
QualificationsRequired
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Preferred
- 480V electrical experience
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Conveyor, packaging, or automated manufacturing equipment experience
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Preventative maintenance experience using CMMS systems
