Operate elevator, ensure safe loading and door closure
Assisting residents and guests with luggage and packages
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas.
Maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
Assist Super with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or minor repairs
Assist with snow removal, leaf raking, and other seasonal outdoor tasks.
Monitor and restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or building damage to the appropriate personnel
